Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy outlines how Velora Solutions schedules and delivers website projects. Our goal is to provide premium work on a transparent, reasonable timeline.

1. Estimated Delivery Window

Standard website projects are typically delivered within 24–72 business hours of receiving all required client information. Larger or more customized engagements may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

2. Required Information

To begin production, we require complete onboarding information from the client, which generally includes:

  • Business name, services offered, and service areas
  • Brand assets such as logos, colors, and any existing brand guidelines
  • Approved website copy or content direction
  • Imagery — your own, or guidance for sourcing
  • Contact details and any preferred lead-capture preferences

Delivery timelines begin once all required information is received.

3. Delays

Delivery estimates are good-faith projections, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to revision rounds, communication response times, third-party dependencies, or the scope and complexity of the project. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

4. Preview & Approval

All projects are presented for preview prior to purchase. No payment is required until you have reviewed and approved the work. One complimentary revision round is included to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

5. Launch

Once approved and final payment is processed, your website is launched on Velora-managed infrastructure or, if applicable, transferred under a Full Ownership Buyout arrangement.
